Rules of Operation

1. Visitor's responsibility

Whilst we comply with all applicable rules and regulations, we expect all visitors to use good judgement and act responsibly for their own health and safety and for the health and safety of those in their care, particularly minors, for whom they are responsible at all times.

As a visitor you are required to (i) READ AND FOLLOW all written rules, directions, warnings, and recommendations and make proper use of our leisure facilities and safety equipment, if any, provided, and (ii) FOLLOW our staff's instructions and directions.

If you are a visitor in charge of people who, for reasons of age or disability, are unable to read or understand any rules, directions, warnings and/or written recommendations, please have these explained to them and ensure they are reminded of such rules, directions, warnings, and recommendations as necessary. Our staff will be happy to provide all the necessary assistance.

You are required to act responsibly for your own health and safety, and for the health and safety of others in your care and those around you.

By accessing the Park, you agree to behave courteously with other visitors and with the Park staff, respecting the Park and its facilities, other visitors, employees, and the Park’s flora and fauna.

If in the opinion of the Park staff, a visitor fails to comply with any staff orders and instructions and/or acts irresponsibly and/or disrespectfully towards other visitors and/or members of staff, he/she may be asked to leave the Park with no right to claim a refund. The Park reserves the right to report such behaviour to the appropriate authorities.

Please refer to the specific guidelines posted at the entrance to each of the facilities, and to the general operating rules of the Park described below.

 

2. Terms and conditions of use of water rides and facilities

WARNING! Please consider your physical and emotional condition BEFORE you just "Do It”.

The rides and other Park facilities, including interactions with these, can provide you with wonderful memories and exhilarating fun! However, they can also pump up your adrenaline through different forces (centrifugal and centripetal), accelerations, speed, fast and unpredictable movements, which can push you in different directions. This can cause, among other things, muscle tension and stress in your neck and back, raise your heart rate and increase your blood pressure.

IT IS THEREFORE ESSENTIAL THAT YOU DO NOT RIDE OR ALLOW PEOPLE IN YOUR CARE TO ENTER ANY RIDES OR TAKE PART IN ANY INTERACTIONS OR ACTIVITIES IF YOU ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, MEDICATION OR ANY OTHER NARCOTIC SUBSTANCE THAT MAY IMPAIR YOUR HEALTH, SENSES, MENTAL ALERTNESS, REFLEXES AND/OR CO-ORDINATION.

DO NOT ENTER - OR LET YOUR DEPENDENTS ENTER - ANY RIDE, OR TAKE PART IN ANY INTERACTION OR ACTIVITY IF YOU HAVE OR HAVE HAD OR BELIEVE YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITION, PRE-EXISTING HEALTH PROBLEM OR INJURY INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, HEART, NEUROLOGICAL, MUSCULAR, BACK, NECK, BONE, JOINT, TENDON, LIGAMENT, BRAIN, EYE, EAR, OR ANY OTHER MEDICAL CONDITION OR INJURY THAT MAY BE TRIGGERED OR AGGRAVATED BY YOUR USE OF THE RIDE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY ACTIVITY.

UNLESS OTHERWISE DIRECTED, YOU SHOULD NOT USE OUR RIDES IF YOU ARE (OR SUSPECT YOU MAY BE) PREGNANT; IF YOU HAVE HAD SURGERY WITHIN THE PAST FEW MONTHS; OR IF YOU ARE STILL CONVALESCING OR RECOVERING FROM ANY ILLNESS, DISEASE, MEDICAL TREATMENT OR PROCEDURE.

YOU ALONE CAN DETERMINE WHETHER YOU ARE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FIT TO SAFELY ENTER A RIDE OR TAKE PART IN ANY OTHER ACTIVITY.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR (OR YOUR DEPENDENTS') HEALTH: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THAT YOU (OR YOUR DEPENDENTS) ARE FIT AND ABLE TO USE A RIDE OR PERFORM AN ACTIVITY, AND FOR DETERMINING THAT YOU MEET ANY AGE, WEIGHT, AND HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS UNDER APPLICABLE OPERATION RULES.

REMEMBER THAT YOU CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITY AT YOUR OWN RISK. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, OUR STAFF WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU.

 

3. General Rules of Operation of the Park

In order to enjoy our Park in the safest and most pleasant way, please take into account the following operating rules:

A) Rules and circumstances of access and use

  • The capacity of the park and its various facilities is limited.
  • No pets are allowed in the park except guide dogs.
  • Access to the Park premises with bicycles, skates, scooters and similar elements is prohibited, as well as all those that may be considered to cause damage or danger.
  • For safety reasons, there are restrictions on access to certain attractions, whether for reasons of age, height and/or physical conditions. Find out at the entrance of each attraction about the applicable access restrictions.   • Some attractions, shows, restaurants, shops and/or pastimes, or any other service may remain closed for technical, meteorological or organizational reasons. The Park will try to inform as much in advance as possible through its website, its official profiles in RRSS and in the information points of the Park.
  • The attractions will be out of service 15 minutes before the Park closes.
  • To temporarily leave the enclosure, it will be mandatory to notify the ACCESS staff before leaving it, since to re-enter it you must be duly identified -with the seal or with any other means of identification established by the Park-. Otherwise, you may be denied access to the facilities. Keep in mind that, depending on the type of ticket or Bono Parques you hold, you may not be allowed to enter the venue again once you have left it. Please review the terms and conditions and consult our ACCESS staff.
  • All types of sales and distribution of pamphlets, leaflets or products are prohibited in the Park facilities, except those expressly authorized by the Park.
  • In this Park, photographs are taken both, if you wish, at the entrance to it and, automatically, in some of the attractions. Likewise, there are duly accredited photographers who, if they wish, can take pictures of them during their visit to the Park. The sole purpose of these photographs is to serve as a souvenir for visitors. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, said photographs will be destroyed at the end of the day, with no possibility of recovery. Find out at the park ticket offices, at the information office or at the entrance of each attraction about the place where you can view and purchase the photographs.   • Keep in mind that the Park's goal is for visitors to enjoy as full a thematic experience as possible, as well as to keep the facilities in adequate hygienic and clean conditions, so that food and drink consumption outside the parks is not allowed. areas enabled for it. The restaurant terraces spread throughout the Park are for the exclusive use of customers who have purchased their food at any of the Park's gastronomy establishments.
  • Access with beach or pool furniture is not allowed, such as tables, chairs, hammocks, loungers and the like.

B) Safety regulations

  • The sale, distribution and consumption of alcoholic beverages and tobacco is strictly prohibited to persons under 18 years of age.
  • For security reasons, the Park reserves the right for duly authorized personnel to inspect backpacks, handbags, bags or other types of luggage in the cases and within the limits established by Law. Access is not allowed with glass containers or cans in which the sharp lid is on the outside, since they pose a risk to the safety of visitors.
  • It is essential that visitors to the Park take care and be vigilant with their personal belongings, as the Park cannot be held responsible, for reasons not attributable to the Park, its facilities or its staff, for the loss, theft, robbery or damage that these may suffer during their stay in the Park.
  • Smoking (including vapers and electronic cigarettes) is prohibited throughout the Park -there are designated areas for smokers throughout the park, ask our staff-, in covered areas and, especially, in the children's area of ​​the Park. If any area is duly designated for smokers, it will be expressly marked. The Park reserves the right to expel from the premises any person who, having been requested by Park staff to comply with this rule, continues to fail to comply with it.
  • The use of remotely piloted aircraft is not allowed in the Park or in its airspace.
  • The use of selfie sticks in the attractions is prohibited to guarantee the safety of visitors, as well as any element such as glasses, bags, mobile phones or other elements that may pose a danger to visitors. The Park reserves the right to expel from the Park any person who, having been requested by Park staff to comply with this rule, continues to fail to comply with it.

C) Rules on tickets and Bono Parques

  • The amount of the ticket or, where appropriate, the Bono Parques, is only refundable in the cases provided for by the applicable regulations.
  • The entrance to the Park or, where appropriate, the corresponding Bono Parques , must be kept throughout the stay in it, and must be shown to the Park and/or security personnel who require it. The Park reserves the right to expel from the enclosure any person who, while there, does not have the corresponding entrance ticket or, where appropriate, a valid Bono Parques .
  • If your ticket includes a free companion, you must enter at the same time as the holder and on your first access to the venue.
  • Certain attractions, services, shows and/or pastimes within the Park are not included in the ticket price. For more information, consult the information point at the entrance to the enclosure or on the Park's website.
  • Some attractions, shows, restaurants, stores and/or rides may be closed for organizational or technical reasons, which may include maintenance, repairs, upgrades and/or improvements, as well as for weather reasons that make it impossible or inadvisable to open for safety reasons or due to the technical limitations of the attractions or facilities due to rain, hail, snow, wind or changes in temperature. The Park will try to provide information as far in advance as possible via its website, its official social media profiles and at the Park's information points

D) Parking rules

  • The parking access ticket can be purchased at the parking ticket office. The parking fees and operating rules are displayed in a visible way for all visitors before accessing the car park, at the entrance to it.
  • The access ticket gives the right to park a single vehicle throughout the same day the ticket is issued, from the opening of the facilities until they close.
  • There are places reserved for people with disabilities, motorcycles and caravans, which are duly signposted.
  • The Park reserves the right to remove the vehicle from the car park and move it outside its facilities, in the event that it is parked improperly or if, at the closing time of the car park, the vehicle has not been removed by its owner and remains inside. of the enclosure, running the expenses in both cases by the owner of the vehicle.
  • Unattended parking, the Park will not be responsible for damages or the theft of existing objects inside the parked vehicle, it being the owner's responsibility to remove non-fixed and removable accessories from the vehicles, as well as other effects, objects or belongings introduced into the vehicle, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

E) Rules of coexistence

  • Out of politeness and respect for others, it is not allowed to skip the line or save space for other people in it. Please respect and wait your turn.
  • So that all our visitors can enjoy the attractions, in all of them at the end of the trip you must leave the reception vehicle, float or pool with the usual speed in this type of attraction and following the instructions of the staff, through the established route to the effect. To use the attraction again, the waiting lines must be respected again.
  • The visitor must take care of their belongings at all times and it is strongly recommended that they not be left unattended, especially towels, hammocks, etc. The Park offers visitors a left luggage service that they can hire upon arrival at the Park. The Park is not responsible, for reasons not attributable to the Park, its facilities or its personnel, for the deterioration or loss of the visitor's belongings that have not been deposited in the lockers.
  • The Park does not have a public address service to broadcast personal messages.

F) Breaches

The Park reserves the right of admission and expulsion from its facilities, without the visitors thus inadmitted or expelled having any right to compensation, to persons who seriously contravene the listed rules.

Likewise, and without prejudice to the foregoing, in particular the Park reserves the right of non-admission or expulsion from its facilities to persons who seriously contravene the rules listed below or incur in the following situations:

  • Serious alteration of order in the Park or in its facilities or the commission of any crime or offense therein.
  • Failure to comply with the rules of use and safety of the facilities as well as the instructions given by the lifeguards in this regard.
  • Improper use of tickets or Bono Parques (including fraudulent, deceptive or bad faith use by the holder and/or their resale or falsification). Only tickets purchased at authorized points of sale will be valid.
  • Bathing in fountains or water attractions not suitable for this purpose.
  • Committing acts of vandalism or causing damage to the premises' facilities or to the belongings of its employees.
  • For conduct that bothers or seriously affects the enjoyment of other visitors.
  • For leaving minors and people with disabilities in their care unattended, especially if they engage in the conduct described in the preceding sections.
  • It will be considered especially serious to leave unattended minors and people with disabilities who do not know how to swim in the bathing attractions.
  • Consumption, sale or distribution of any type of drug or narcotic substance within the Park premises. The Park will immediately expel any person who fails to comply with this rule and will give the corresponding notice to the authorities.
